We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at RAY ELECTRICALS. The role involves handling customer calls, assisting customers with their queries, and providing timely solutions related to our electrical products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and enquiries professionally.

• Understand customer queries, complaints, and concerns and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain proper records of customer calls, complaints, and follow-ups.

• Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, orders, and other enquiries.

• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to resolve customer issues.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly resolved.

• Achieve basic performance and customer service targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to speak politely and confidently with customers.

• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Shift: Full-time / Day Shift

• Location: Sundargarh, Odisha

• Salary: ₹[Salary] per month (In Hand)
