We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Service team at our Malad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide information about products/services clearly
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Follow company policies and customer service guidelines
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Freshers can apply
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Internet)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
Good verbal and listening skills
