Customer Support Associate – Entry Level

About the Role
PropertyAngel Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire entry-level Customer Support Associates to join our operations team in Bangalore. What You Will Do
● Respond to customer queries via phone and email
● Record and update service requests in internal systems
● Follow up with relevant departments for status updates
● Ensure timely communication with customers
● Maintain accurate documentation of interactions
● Adhere to defined service processes and response timelines
● Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members

Who Can Apply
● Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (mandatory)
● Fresh graduates only (no prior work experience required)
● Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
