1 Building and maintaining client relationships. A client relationship manager’s primary role is to build a strong relationship with their client and maintain it for the duration of the service(s)
2 Serve as the primary point of contact for client’s inquiries, changes, cancellations, and emergencies. Provide timely assistance and resolution to address any issues or concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
3 Act swiftly to address any travel disruptions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances affecting customers' trips. Ensuring Customer satisfaction. Let the customer feel heard
5 efficient customer service skills require an empathetic nature. Should be able to resolve their issues with ease and professionalism.

Requirements
1 Proven experience in customer service, Travel sales, or Tour Operation
2 Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and problem solving skills
3 Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4 Strong attentions to detail and organizational skills
Experience - 2 to 5 years
Remuneration – 15 k to 30 k for deserving candidates.
