🔹 Qualification:

Minimum Graduate

💼 Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience as Customer Care Executive
(Medical field experience preferred but not compulsory)

🗣 Skills Required:

• Fluency in English (spoken & written correspondence)

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office)

  📋 Job Role / Responsibilities:

  • Handling telephonic communication with Doctors, Hospitals, and Medical Companies

  • Coordinating with HR Departments of medical companies for business communication

  • Managing customer queries and providing proper information about company products

  • Maintaining records of calls, follow-ups, and client communication

  • Supporting internal team coordination and reporting daily activities

🏠 Preference:

Candidates residing near Waghodia GIDC & Company Head Office at Race Course Cirlce will be given first preference
