Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at Shaadi.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with profile creation, upgrades, payments, and account management.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–6 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or call center preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language (Malayalam/Telugu etc.).
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Females: 10 AM – 7 PM
Males: 12 PM – 9 PM
Mode: Work from office
