We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to be the face of our fashion store. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with customers, understand their fashion needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey. You will act as a one-point contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and engaging manner
2.Understand customer preferences and provide personalized product recommendations
3.Help customers with product selection, styling advice, and queries
4.Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
5.Follow up with customers post-purchase for feedback and satisfaction
6.Assist customers in writing and submitting product reviews
7.Handle customer concerns, complaints, and queries efficiently
8.Maintain customer records regularly
9.Ensure an excellent in-store and post-sale customer experience
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good sense of fashion and styling knowledge
Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
Basic knowledge of digital tools and social media is a plus
