Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass required

Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls and/or other communication channels

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain proper records of customer interactions

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department

Follow company policies, processes and quality standards

Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets
