We support students throughout their journey, including career counselling, university selection, application processing, documentation, and visa assistance.

2. Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Associate to join our team and serve as a key point of contact for students and prospective customers.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making follow-up calls, providing information about our services, coordinating with counsellors, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and customer requests professionally.

• Make follow-up calls to prospective students and existing customers.

• Explain Outlook Educational Services and its services clearly to students and parents.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Coordinate appointments between students and education counsellors.

• Follow up with leads generated through calls, social media, website enquiries, and other sources.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Update customer information and lead status in the company's CRM or database.

• Coordinate with the counselling and visa processing teams for customer requirements.

• Ensure timely follow-up with interested students.

• Address basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

• Maintain professional communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Build positive relationships with students and parents.

• Meet daily and monthly follow-up and customer engagement targets.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and student information.
  

4. Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Professional and polite telephone etiquette.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and email.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple customers and enquiries.

• Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  

5. Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation in any discipline is preferred.

• Previous experience in customer care, telecalling, education consultancy, sales support, student counselling, or a similar role will be an advantage.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
