Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Expert - L1 to manage relationships with NoBroker’s paid customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and providing end-to-end support to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a relationship manager for paid customers
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Understand customer needs and assist in finding suitable properties or tenants
• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates to customers
• Use internal tools to deliver accurate and efficient service
• Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers when required
• Follow company policies, communication guidelines, and service standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Work Requirements
• Laptop with webcam
• Stable high-speed internet connection and power backup
• Day shift with 9-hour login (between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
• 6 working days per week (weekly off on a weekday)
Training
Comprehensive initial training will be provided to understand the complete process and tools.
