Job Description - Customer Support Executive
Job summary - The Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, support, and relationship-building.
Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and heard; identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty.
Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvement; relay relevant information to internal teams.
Address customer concerns and complaints effectively, using empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies, campaigns, and programs aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyse customer data and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; prepare reports for management.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and customer support initiatives.
Skills -
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

Working days - Monday - Saturday
Working hours - 9:30 - 6:30 pm
