We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive with prior experience in Logistics & Courier services and a BPO background. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, track shipments, resolve complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
Respond to customer inquiries related to pickup, delivery, shipment tracking, delays, and POD
Coordinate with operations, delivery teams, and hubs to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow up on escalations and ensure timely resolution as per SLA
Provide correct information about services, charges, and timelines
Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Minimum 1 year experience in BPO / Customer Support
Experience in Logistics, Courier, or Supply Chain industry preferred
Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally under pressure
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email handling
Problem-solving and follow-up skills
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
Prior experience in Courier Tracking, NDR handling, and escalation management
Strong coordination skills with internal teams
Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail
