Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent customer service.
Manage customer relationships by understanding their needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer requirements.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
