Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

• Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

• Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required
