Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and quick issue resolution
Upsell relevant NoBroker services during customer interactions
Maintain accurate call logs.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint
Experience
Fresher to 1 year of experience
Prior experience in customer support or sales is an added advantage
Requirements
Strong communication skills in 1 : English , Kannada &
Hindi (optional)
2 : English , Tamil & Hindi (optional)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
