Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Care Executive for our matrimony services who will handle both inbound and outbound calls. The role involves assisting members with profile management, subscription queries, and matchmaking support while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls from matrimony members
Assist customers with profile creation, updates, and verification
Resolve customer queries related to matches, subscriptions, payments, and refunds
Explain paid membership plans and services to customers
Follow up with members for service usage and renewals
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication
Eligibility & QualificationsGraduate (mandatory)
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
Language RequirementsMandatory:
Oriya (Odia)
Bengali
English communication will be an added advantage
Skills RequiredCustomer handling and relationship-building skills
Good listening and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in shifts, if required
Experience Fresher or candidates with experience in customer support / call center / matrimony services can apply
