Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

About the Role:
We are hiring for our UK-based outbound survey process. This is a non-sales, non-target voice process where executives conduct short surveys over the phone with UK customers. Ideal for candidates with good English communication skills and a willingness to work in a day shift.

Job Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to UK customers based on provided data
-Conduct short scripted surveys – no selling involved
-Record responses accurately and professionally
-Meet daily call volume and quality benchmarks
-Maintain professionalism and data confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
-Only Experienced candidates welcome
-Good English communication skills
-Willingness to work in a UK shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
-Basic computer knowledge
-Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate
