Shift: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Role Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team, serving US-based customers. In this role, you will interact with customers over phone calls, address their concerns efficiently, and deliver an outstanding service experience while achieving operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound calls from international customers.
Assist customers with queries related to products, orders, billing, payments, returns, and account services.
Identify customer concerns and provide prompt, accurate resolutions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and productivity benchmarks.
Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience on every call.
Eligibility Requirements
Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is preferred.
Exceptional freshers with excellent spoken English may also apply.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English are mandatory.
Must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekly rotational offs.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
