Key Responsibilities:
Track shipments and ensure timely updates are provided to customers.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally via email and phone.
Provide end-to-end updates to customers on the status of their shipment.
Make and receive both incoming and outgoing calls regarding courier services.
Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, operations, and delivery) for smooth shipment flow.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
Resolve complaints quickly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
Prepare and manage daily reports using Excel (tracking sheets, delivery reports, etc.).
Follow company guidelines and ensure compliance with service standards.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written Hindi & English)
Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Sorting, Reporting)
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
Experience in logistics, courier, or related customer service roles (preferred)
