Job Overview

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services at a basic level, generating leads, and scheduling appointments with the legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

• Explain the firm's legal services in a clear and professional manner.

• Understand client requirements and collect relevant information.

• Generate leads and convert enquiries into appointments.

• Follow up with prospective clients through calls and messages.

• Maintain accurate call records and update client information.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with the legal team for client appointments and follow-ups.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while communicating with clients.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• English and Hindi communication skills preferred.

• Kannada or other regional language skills will be an advantage.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
