About the Role

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Service Executive to handle client communication, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.

• Understand client requirements and provide accurate basic information about the firm's services.

• Follow up with leads and prospective clients through calls and messages.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings with the legal team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups.

• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution or escalation to the concerned department.

• Coordinate with advocates and internal teams regarding client requirements.

• Follow up with clients regarding documents, appointments, and case-related updates as instructed.

• Maintain a professional and polite relationship with clients.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

• Pleasant personality and a customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle client queries professionally.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a legal firm will be an added advantage.
