We are looking for a Complaint Executive who can effectively handle distributor/customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth complaint management.
Key Responsibilities :-
Handle and resolve customer and distributor complaints and queries professionally and effectively.
Make outbound calls to customers/distributors for complaint follow-up, clarification, and resolution.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure complaints are resolved within the required timeline.
Maintain, update, and organize complaint-related data, records, and reports accurately.
Prepare and present MIS/complaint reports as required.
Handle multiple complaints/tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and follow-up.
Prepare and maintain PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for complaint data, analysis, and reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and correspondence using MS Word.
Identify recurring complaint issues and highlight them to the concerned team/management.
