Your role is to handle incoming calls, assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and ensure a delightful customer experience.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 DEGREE / Graduate in any discipline

🔹 Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Regional Language

🔹 Good listening and problem-solving skills

🔹 Basic computer knowledge

🔹 Prior call center experience preferred (not mandatory)

🕒 Work Schedule:

📅 6 Days Working | Rotational / Day Shifts

🪙 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
