Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions, manage follow-ups, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for our car showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Follow up on sales and service leads
Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and deliveries
Provide information on vehicle models, offers, and processes
Record and update customer details in CRM
Conduct feedback and satisfaction calls
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Strong customer handling skills
Any Graduate (preferred)
Experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage
Experience: 0–3 years
Industry: Automobile / Customer Service
