We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and website chat
Respond to product, order, and delivery-related queries
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Coordinate with the warehouse team for order updates
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)
Ability to handle multiple conversations professionally
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Depending on Interview)
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
