Location: Malad West, Mumbai (Just 5 minutes walking distance from the railway station)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 (In-hand)
Experience: Fresher (Graduate required)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide customers with correct and timely order information.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Fresher candidates are welcome
Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity
Comfortable working Mon to Sat
Day shift: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
