We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This role requires good communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
Handle customer calls, messages, and emails professionally
Assist customers with bookings, tour details, and general inquiries
Provide complete and accurate information to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Follow company policies and service standards
Coordinate with relevant departments when required
Achieve daily and monthly customer service targets
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Graduation preferred)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, email, data entry)
Customer service or call center experience will be an advantage
Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure
Salary Package: PKR 16,500 – 22,500
Incentive: PKR 3,000 (performance-based)
