Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Malayalam / Kannada/Telugu Voice Process
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Office-based job)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for domestic voice process in Malayalam, and Kannada languages. This is a non-sales, office-based job where you will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information in your local language.Key Responsibilities:
• Attend inbound & outbound calls in Malayalam / Kannada• Understand customer issues and provide correct information• Raise and escalate unresolved queries to senior team• Maintain call logs and customer details in system• Follow call scripts and company guidelinesRequired Qualifications:
• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate• Languages:• Malayalam (for Malayalam role)• Kannada (for Kannada role)• Basic English/Hindi is a plus• Good communication and polite behavior• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills• Freshers and experienced both can applyWork Timing & Schedule:
• Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM• Sunday Fixed Off / Rotational Weekly OffSalary & Benefits:
