Job Opening: Sales Support Executive
Location: Mohali
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Open to: Male & Female candidates
Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days - Sunday Off - 2nd and 4th Saturday also off
Availability Required: On-call active from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (for enquiry handling)

Role Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Support Executive to assist the Sales & Training teams by managing CRM systems, handling incoming queries via phone/email, and supporting backend operations. This role ensures efficient lead handling, data management, and communication between departments to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle helpline number and info email ID; manage and assign leads through CRM

• Maintain webinar data, admission referrals, and enquiry records

• Assist in uploading and updating lead data in Excel and CRM

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead management

• Ensure timely follow-up by forwarding relevant data to counselors

• Support training and admission teams with backend tasks

Requirements:

• Must have CRM knowledge

• Excellent Excel skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Must be proactive and responsive during extended hours (8 AM to 8 PM for calls)
