Position - Customer Care Executive - TPA

Location - Model Colony, Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to members to support continuity of health benefits

· Explain benefits, entitlements, and service features in a clear and accurate manner

· Address concerns related to service if any

· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues that may impact customer continuation

· Follow up on pending payments

· Capture intent, concerns, and reasons for discontinuation accurately in the system

· Share secure payment links with customers through approved channels

· Guide customers through online and offline payment processes step-by-step

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Education: Graduate in any discipline

· Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retentions/ TPA

Skills:.

· Clear and confident verbal communication skills

· Ability to explain information in a simple, reassuring manner

· Good listening and objection-handling ability

· Strong follow-up and persuasion skills

· Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

· Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Excel)
