We are hiring confident and customer-focused professionals for our Outbound Voice Process. The role involves engaging with customers over calls, delivering accurate information, and maintaining high communication standards.
Make outbound calls to assigned customers as per process guidelines
Communicate clearly in Hindi and Bengali
Explain products/services and address basic customer queries
Maintain call quality, professionalism, and compliance standards
Update call outcomes accurately in the system
Education:
12th Pass with a minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience, or
Graduate (Freshers/Experienced may apply)
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi & Bengali is mandatory
Skills Required:
Good communication and listening skills
Professional calling etiquette
Basic computer knowledge
Process Type: Outbound Voice
Shift: Day Shift
Week Off: Rotational
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
