Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle customer queries through calls/chats/emails and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries

• Provide accurate information and resolutions

• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow processes

• Record customer interactions in the system (CRM)

• Escalate complex issues when required

• Meet performance targets such as AHT, QA, and CSAT

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi or as needed)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work in day rotational shifts

• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
