Role & Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from pet parents for orders, queries, and complaints.

2. Provide accurate information about pet food, products, grooming, and vet services.

3. Resolve issues quickly with empathy and ensure high customer satisfaction.

4. Coordinate with delivery, warehouse, and vet teams for smooth resolution.

5. Maintain customer records and update CRM daily.

6. Share feedback with the product and operations team to improve service.

Requirements:

1. Graduate in any discipline. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

2. Fluent in English and Hindi. Kannada is an advantage.

3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

4. Comfortable working in shifts and weekends.

5. Love for pets is a must 😊
