Designation: Customer Care Executive (Dispatch Department)
Gender: Female Only.
Experience: 6 months -5 Yrs
Location: Mumbai (Thane)
Joining Period: Immediate-15 Days
Function: Handles all customer queries in a professional manner, Gives solution to them & forward to respective department for solution and should see towards customer satisfaction.
Roles and responsibilities:
Attend calls from customers & understand their requirements.
After understanding the customer requirement, give them a solution.
If a solution is not sufficient through a phone call, send a query to the Hardware Or Software Guy.
Also if the customer query is about courier status then let them know & also inform the dispatch team .
Coordination with respective departments depends on customer query.
Handle calls on IVR System.
Make sure about customer satisfaction.
Quick response to customer
Making report as suggested from Senior.
Basic greetings skill on the phone.
