We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Basic computer knowledge is required
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
