We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests
Provide accurate product/service information
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Work with internal teams for quick problem-solving

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Freshers & experienced both can apply
