Call customers as per the service due list (free service / paid service).
Remind customers about upcoming or overdue vehicle service.
Explain service benefits, service intervals, and workshop facilities.
Fix service appointments as per customer convenience.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer responses in the system/register.
Follow up with customers who did not visit after the reminder call.
Handle basic customer queries related to service, offers, and timings.
Inform customers about service campaigns, recalls, and special offers as advised by TVS.
Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding confirmed appointments.
Escalate customer complaints or negative feedback to the Service Manager.
Maintain polite, professional, and courteous communication at all times.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned by management.
