Customer Care Executive – Cinema / Multiplex
Department: Operations
Location: Mariplex Mall
Reporting To: Cinema Manager
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers at the cinema.
Provide information about movies, show timings, tickets, seats, offers, and facilities.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Assist customers with ticket booking, cancellation, refunds, and seat-related issues.
Coordinate with Box Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Security and Operations teams.
Handle customer feedback and escalate major issues to the manager.
Support customers during busy hours, weekends and special screenings.
Maintain proper grooming and follow cinema service standards.
Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi and English communication; local language preferred.
Fresher or 0–3 years of experience in customer service/hospitality/retail/cinema.
Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
