This is a full-time, on-site role designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and communication.As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer queries via inbound or outbound calls, maintaining service levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction for one of India's largest e-commerce brands — Flipkart.We are looking for candidates who have at least one year of experience in any domain, possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
