We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication over phone, chat, or email.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Stay updated on product and service information to assist customers effectively.
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–4 years of experience in customer service or BPO environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
