Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Representative Executives for Vi Postpaid Cards. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting postpaid plans, assisting with new connections, and delivering excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities

✔ Promote and sell Vi Postpaid SIM cards and plans to potential customers

✔ Explain postpaid benefits, offers, and billing plans clearly

✔ Assist customers with new postpaid connections and upgrades

✔ Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction

✔ Handle customer queries regarding plans, billing, and services

✔ Achieve monthly sales and activation targets

✔ Maintain proper documentation for customer onboarding

Required Skills

🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skill

🔹 Basic sales and negotiation skills

🔹 Customer service orientation

🔹 Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Basic knowledge of telecom products is an advantage
