Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services and generate interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Follow up on leads and prospects regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide feedback on customer trends to the team.
Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
