Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive with hands-on knowledge of GDS – Galileo to join our travel support process.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of Galileo/GDS operations, and the ability to effectively handle customer queries related to travel bookings and reservations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and changes.
Use Galileo GDS to check availability, fares, itineraries, and booking details.
Assist customers with ticketing, rebooking, and itinerary-related requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
Coordinate with airlines and internal teams whenever required.
Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in GDS or Travel Customer Support.
Galileo GDS knowledge is mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of airline reservations and ticketing processes.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Good computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple systems.
Comfortable working in a 6-day working environment.
