Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing timely resolutions, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and listening abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
