About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, chats, and email queries from customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.
Adhere to shift schedules, weekly offs, and performance expectations.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass is mandatory)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills required
PAN Card is mandatory
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
No night shifts for female candidates
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary Details
Fresher: ₹16,500 in-hand (₹20,000 CTC)
Experienced: ₹17,500 in-hand (₹22,000 CTC)
Email Customer Service: ₹16,000 – ₹21,000 in-hand
