We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can provide exceptional customer service, resolve client queries, and ensure a seamless client experience throughout their journey with the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally and courteously.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information regarding legal services, case procedures, documentation requirements, and appointment scheduling.

• Register new client inquiries and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with advocates and internal departments for case updates and follow-ups.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

• Schedule consultations and ensure timely reminders for clients.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and legal documents.

• Prepare daily reports on client interactions, follow-ups, and service requests.

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional attitude with empathy and patience while handling clients.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Client Relations, BPO, or a similar role.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm, legal process outsourcing (LPO), BPO, or service-based organization.

• Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
