We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have fluent English communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to seniors
Maintain records of customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up when required
Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs
Fluent English (verbal and written is a must)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel, email, typing)
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Any graduate/12th pass can apply
Freshers or up to 1 year of customer service experience preferred
