Job Description:

We're seeking a Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, empathetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical industry knowledge mandatory.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to reports, appointments, and services.
Provide accurate information about our services and policies.

Meet customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:
