Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Description
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Rabale. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer concerns.
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow defined processes, quality standards, and company policies.
Achieve assigned performance and service-level targets.
Candidate Requirements
HSC / Graduate candidates can apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service or BPO experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Freshers may also be considered based on the process requirements.
