Position: Customer Care Executive ( Females Only)

Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Assist customers with complaints, requests, and payment-related queries.
Follow up with customers when required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Ensure a positive customer experience and build good customer relationships.
Handle customer feedback and escalate complex issues to seniors.
Achieve service quality and response-time standards.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi and English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to handle calls and customers professionally.
